Ran for the about the third time by myself this year. Man, am I out of shape. Very sad really. I thought i must have done at least three miles. I came home and mapped it, it was just over two. And I had to stop and walk part of it because I felt sick. Guess I've got some work to do before warrior dash in September! Would love to get back up to the 5 to 7 miles I was doing last summer. Though that killed my flexibility. I'll have to work on that too. Needless to say, I've got a lot to work on this summer.
Well, I'm off to the shower. I'm kinda sweaty and itchy. Turns out I do have allergies this year after all.

You are better than me, I got tired from WALKING two miles. My goal for the summer is to be able to run a 5k in a reasonable time again. Good luck with your running!
